Terms & conditions

These terms govern your registration for, and participation in, any bootcamp delivered by Raju H. By submitting the registration form and completing payment, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a working laptop or desktop computer for the live sessions. The bootcamp is delivered in English and Bangla.

2. Registration & payment

Each bootcamp has a fixed seat limit (shown on its detail page). Seats are released to participants in the order their paid registration is confirmed. A registration is not confirmed until bKash returns transactionStatus="Completed" for your payment.

Pending registrations expire 15 minutes after submission if payment is not completed; you may register again afterwards if seats remain. Each bootcamp's deposit is shown in BDT on its detail page. At checkout, a bKash service fee (currently 1.5%, ceiling-rounded to the nearest BDT) is added on top of the deposit and is shown as a separate line on the payment page before you confirm. The fee covers the bKash transaction cost and is not bootcamp revenue. Worked example: a BDT 100 deposit at 1.5% adds BDT 2 in service fee, so you pay BDT 102 total at the gateway.

3. Refund policy

For bootcamps where refunds are enabled (look for the "Refund on completion" note on the bootcamp page), you may be eligible for a refund of the deposit portion of your payment if you attend every scheduled day live. Attendance is recorded by the admin during each session.

The bKash service fee is non-refundable in all cases (both on completion refunds and on admin-initiated cancellations). bKash applies its fee on every transaction — including the original capture and any subsequent refund — so refunding the fee would mean paying it out of our own funds. The fee is for the transaction service rendered by bKash, not for the bootcamp itself. This convention matches how Bangladeshi e-commerce + fintech (Pathao, Daraz, etc.) handle payment-processing fees.

If your registration is cancelled by us (see §6) or by admin before completion, we refund the deposit portion of your payment via bKash. The bKash service fee remains non-refundable per the paragraph above.

Refund eligibility on completion is determined automatically by our system based on attendance + payment status. Refunds are processed via bKash after the bootcamp ends. We do not offer partial refunds, refunds for missed days, or refunds for change of mind.

For bootcamps without the refund option, all sales are final.

4. Code of conduct

Participants are expected to be respectful in live sessions, on the project Facebook / WhatsApp groups, and in any 1:1 communication with Raju H or other participants. Spam, harassment, and any form of discrimination will result in removal from the bootcamp without refund.

5. Intellectual property & recordings

Live sessions may be recorded for absent participants. Recordings, slides, and any materials shared remain the intellectual property of Raju H (or the original creator, where third-party content is referenced). You may use the recordings for personal learning but not redistribute them publicly or commercially.

Code, prompts, and other artifacts you create during the bootcamp are yours. You retain full ownership and may publish or use them freely.

6. Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel a bootcamp before it begins if registrations don't meet a minimum threshold or if circumstances make it impossible to deliver. In that case you will receive a full refund within 7 working days. We do not owe you any other compensation for cancellation.

7. No outcome guarantee

We provide instruction, materials, and live mentoring. We do not guarantee any specific career outcome, certification value, or earnings. The completion certificate confirms attendance + completion only — it is not a formal credential and does not represent an accredited degree or certification.

8. Liability

The bootcamp platform and its content are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raju H is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your participation. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the specific bootcamp.

9. Privacy

Your registration is also governed by our Privacy & cookies policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

11. Changes

If we change these terms materially, we will note the date at the top of this page and surface the change to participants of any in-progress bootcamp via email or WhatsApp before it takes effect.
