A 5-day evening bootcamp for working professionals who already use AI tools but want to use them well. Most "AI productivity" content shows you prompt tricks. This bootcamp builds the habit underneath: write a small spec, then prompt. Across five 60-minute sessions you'll work through real problems from your own job — code review, internal docs, market research, financial models, whatever you actually do — and walk away with a spec template you'll reuse every week. This is a small batch (max 50). Sessions are interactive, not one-way talks. You bring a real problem; we work through it together. The ৳100 fee is a commitment deposit, not a price tag. Complete all 5 days and you get every taka back.

Foundations: the spec-first mindset
What "spec-driven AI" actually means and why it matters more than any prompt template. We work through three real cases where prompting alone fails — a code review, a research summary, a customer reply — and rebuild each with a small spec first. By the end of Day 1 you'll have your environment set up (Claude API or the tool of your choice), a working understanding of where prompts stop scaling, and a 1-page spec for a problem from your own job.

Reading AI output like an engineer reviews a PR
The skill no one talks about: how to QA what the model wrote. We walk through PR-review-style feedback on AI-generated work and practice spotting the three failure modes — hallucinated specifics, plausible-but-wrong reasoning, missing constraints. By the end of the session you'll have a personal review checklist you can use on every AI output, and you'll have caught real bugs in real outputs.

Tool use and agentic loops - when to trust them
Where pure prompting stops and tool-use begins. We wire Claude to real tools (file I/O, web fetch, code execution) and watch what works and what breaks. We cover the agent loop in plain terms, when to use it versus avoid it, and how to design guardrails so an agent fails gracefully instead of catastrophically. You leave with a concrete decision rule: when is your task right for an agent, and when is it not?

Your domain, your spec template
This is the centerpiece. Each participant takes one workflow from their day job — code reviews, market research, internal docs, support, financial models, anything that repeats weekly — and crafts a spec template they can reuse. We pair-review templates in small groups, iterate, and refine. The goal isn't a clever prompt; it's a template that holds up under real use and that you'll actually open next Tuesday morning.

Ship + retrospective
Live build session. Each participant takes their Day-4 template and produces a real deliverable end-to-end with AI in the session. We close with a retro on what worked, share patterns across the batch, and lock in the spec habit. Certificates of completion are issued during the session, a 3-month follow-up plan is shared, and the WhatsApp builder-network onboarding is sent that evening.

Who is this for?+
Working professionals — engineers, analysts, designers, founders, operations leads — who already use AI tools a few times a week and want to use them with more discipline. Not for absolute beginners who've never opened Claude or ChatGPT, and not for advanced researchers who already build agentic systems professionally. If you're somewhere in the middle and you sense you could be getting more from AI than you currently are, this is the bootcamp.
Do I need to know how to code?+
No. Some sessions touch code (Day 3 specifically, with tool use) but the bootcamp framing is generic — the spec discipline applies equally to a financial model, a research note, a customer reply, or a code review. You should be comfortable using a computer at a professional level. Beyond that, your domain is your domain.
Why ৳100? Is the refund actually real?+
The ৳100 is a commitment deposit, not a price. Showing up to all 5 days is a meaningful ask, and the deposit makes the decision real on both sides. Complete all 5 days and the full ৳100 lands back in your bKash within 7 business days of Day 5. If you miss any day for any reason, the deposit covers our session cost. That's the entire arrangement — no upsell, no follow-on bootcamp, no "premium tier."
What if I miss a day?+
Each session is recorded for participants and shared on /portal within 24 hours. You can catch up on the content. However, the ৳100 commitment deposit refund requires attendance on all 5 days — the value of the bootcamp is in the live work, and that's what the deposit guarantees both sides. If something genuinely unavoidable comes up (medical emergency, family situation), email me directly. We'll figure it out.
Will I get a certificate?+
Yes. Complete all 5 days and you'll receive a shareable completion certificate with a public URL (something like /cert/CERT-BOOT-001-0042). It's not an accredited credential — it's a record of completion that you can put on LinkedIn or share in an interview. The cert page is print-friendly, so you can also save it as PDF.
Will the sessions be recorded?+
Yes — all 5 sessions are recorded. Participants get access to the recordings on /portal within 24 hours of each session. After Batch 1 wraps, a curated playlist of the public portions may be published on the archive page; private portions (participant-specific discussions, deliverables) stay private. By registering you're agreeing to be on a recorded session. If that's not workable for you, reach out before registering and we'll figure out a solution together.
